20+ years of making large, slow things move faster. I lead delivery and portfolio management at Wells Fargo, which mostly means translating chaos into roadmaps and roadmaps into outcomes — with a detour through AI adoption because someone had to do it.

Outside of work, I run an organic farm in Telangana — dragon fruit, mangoes, and whatever else refuses to follow a plan. The farmhouse I'm building there is also refusing to follow a plan. On weekends I ship apps, and read Sri Aurobindo when I remember that software isn't everything.

Reading list overflowing, Pondicherry trip in the calendar — and somehow also navigating a teenage daughter. Turns out that last one has no roadmap. 😊
